We collect your name, email address, and password when you sign up. We also process order data from CSV files you upload. We collect basic usage analytics (pages visited, features used) to improve the product.
Your data is used solely to provide the EarnClips service — displaying your analytics, generating insights, and sending account-related emails. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes.
Account data is stored securely via Supabase (PostgreSQL). CSV order data is stored in your browser's local storage and on our servers during processing. All data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
We use Supabase for authentication and database, Stripe for payment processing, and Vercel for hosting. Each has their own privacy policy. We use Tavily and Anthropic APIs to power trending products and AI features — no personal data is sent to these services.
We use essential cookies for authentication sessions. We do not use tracking cookies or advertising cookies. You can disable cookies in your browser but this will prevent you from staying logged in.
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To delete your account and all associated data, go to Settings → Danger Zone or email hello@earnclips.com. We will process deletion requests within 30 days.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, we will delete your personal data within 30 days, except where required by law to retain it.
EarnClips is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of significant changes by email. Continued use of EarnClips after changes constitutes acceptance.
