By accessing or using EarnClips (earnclips.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
EarnClips provides TikTok Shop creators with tools to track video-to-order attribution, reconcile commissions, analyse revenue, and discover trending products. The service is provided on a subscription basis with a free tier available.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to use EarnClips.
CSV files and order data you upload are processed to provide the service. Your data is stored securely and is not sold to third parties. You retain ownership of all data you upload. You may delete your data at any time from the Settings page.
You agree not to misuse EarnClips, attempt to reverse engineer the service, use it for any illegal purpose, or upload data that infringes third-party rights. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually. You may cancel at any time and retain access until the end of your billing period. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact hello@earnclips.com within 7 days of a charge if you have an issue.
EarnClips is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that commission figures shown will match TikTok's official records exactly. Always verify important financial data with your TikTok Seller Center.
EarnClips shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months preceding the claim.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by email. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
